Description

The 360FS square hole full-stroke laser chuck is a heavy-duty clamping accessory designed for laser tube cutting machines. It is particularly suitable for high-demand processing scenarios of large-diameter, long tubes and heavy tubes. It has super clamping capacity, and the full-stroke design allows it to clamp tubes with a diameter of 20-360mm and a weight of 1 ton without changing the jaws, greatly reducing the downtime and operational complexity caused by changing the fixtures during production. This design not only improves processing efficiency, but also significantly reduces the workload of operators, making the entire production process smoother and more continuous.

The 360FS square hole full-stroke laser chuck is equipped with wide and narrow double roller jaws as standard. On the basis of the roller jaws, toothed pulling jaws can be optionally equipped. The roller jaws are mainly used for support, while the toothed jaws are responsible for pulling. This design realizes the rapid switching between pulling and supporting functions, which makes it more flexible and efficient in heavy tube processing and can flexibly respond to different processing needs. In the support mode, the roller jaws can hold the pipe normally and stably to complete the cutting of long pipes; while in the pulling mode, the jaws can realize the pulling and cutting of the pipe through the hole.
